Agency contract checklist
Twelve questions to answer about any agency offer before you sign. Tap an answer for each and you’ll get your red flags and the questions still to ask.
Is the rate written down, including whether it’s taken from gross or net?
Are there setup, onboarding, tool or software fees?
Does OnlyFans keep paying you directly, into your own bank?
Can you leave with 30 days’ notice or less, for any reason?
Is there an exit or cancellation fee?
Do they keep taking commission after you leave?
Do you keep your own password and two-factor login?
Does the contract say your content belongs to you?
Can you read every message sent to fans in your name?
Did they promise or guarantee how much you’ll earn?
Did they push you to sign quickly, or say the offer expires?
Will they put you in touch with a creator they manage now?
