How chat works

Our chatters are [employed by BOOA / contracted] and work from [countries or cities]. Each one completes [X weeks] of training and a written test before they speak to a single fan.

• Each creator has a dedicated team of [X] chatters across shifts, not a pool of strangers.
• A chat lead reviews conversations every day for tone, accuracy and limits.
• Chatters are paid [hourly plus commission] and are never rewarded for pushing a fan past a no.

Before anyone messages a fan, we write a voice guide with you: how you talk, the phrases you use and never use, your backstory, your schedule, the in-jokes your regulars expect. You approve it and can change it whenever you want.

Your limits, written down and enforced on every shift:

• Content you don’t make, and requests that get a polite no every time.
• Topics that are off the table.
• Price floors for PPV and customs.
• Anything about your real life that is never mentioned.

A chatter who breaks your boundaries list is taken off your account.

Every conversation sent in your name, whenever you want, with nothing hidden or deleted. You also get a weekly summary of what sold, what fans asked for and anything we flagged.

• A fan who seems underage: the conversation stops and the account is reported to OnlyFans.
• A fan who seems vulnerable or is spending beyond their means: we stop selling to them and tell you.
• We never arrange or hint at meeting in person.
• We don’t use pressure tactics like false deadlines or guilt.
