A manager reads your application and gives you a straight answer: yes, not yet, or no, with the reason.

The call
We look at your page together, talk through what’s working and what we’d change first, and go through your limits. You’ll have the full contract before the call starts.

In your own time
You decide
No expiring offers and no pressure to sign on the call. Take the contract to a lawyer if you like. If something in it doesn’t work for you, ask.

Onboarding
We write your voice guide and boundaries list with you, set up access the way you choose, plan your first month of content and introduce you to your manager and chat lead.

Weekly, then day 30
Check-ins and your first review
Weekly numbers and a weekly call or message thread. At day 30 we compare your results with where you started, using your own statements, and you decide whether we carry on.
